  • « Les Hautes Terrasses »

    This wine is made from a single grape variety : Syrah. The vines are over 30 years old and are harvested by hand.
    The wine is matured traditionally with partial stripping. Raised in oak barrels between 12 and 24 months, each vintage is given our best care and attention.
    Naturally, this exceptional wine requires a few years of patience. Ideally, it should be decanted two hours before serving with game and marinated meats.

  • AOC Vacqueyras « Les Truffières »

    This wine is made exclusively from syrah (shiraz) grapes from old vines of more than 30 years.
    Manually harvested, the grapes are fermented traditionally with partial de-stemming. Aged in oak barrels for a period ranging from 12 to 24 months, this wine is made with a lot of care and our entire attention.
    This wine should be decanted2 hours before serving and can be enjoyed with game and marinated meats.

  • AOC Vacqueyras « Les Genestes »

    A wine strictly selected among the oldest parcels of land, with a low yield.
    The time of harvest is carefully chosen at optimal maturity and the different varieties are matured separately, traditionally, to produce a superb Vacqueyras : « Les Genestes ».
    Particularly appreciable with rich and savoury dishes like fowl, game and confit.

  • AOC Vacqueyras « Signature »

    A magnificent land gorged with sun, a vineyard with typical scrubland rolled pebbles.
    This « Signature » vintage is made with Grenache and Syrah grapes.
    It is suitable for consumption as of now with roasted quails and can also be kept for two to five years.

  • AOC White Vacqueyras

    This white Vacqueyras is a blend of grenache blanc, roussanne and a touch of viognier selected from the famous "garrigue" vineyards located around the area.
    Fermented and aged in large "demi-muid" and standard barrels, it can be enjoyed now or after 5 years of aging.
